"Outstanding Customer Service! I recently had a rock hit my windshield which caused an immediate foot long crack. These things are normal on Arizona roads but I was planning an out of state road trip in the next few days. I called my local State Farm office “Chadwick Insurance Agency Inc” to see if there was any chance of having my windshield replaced prior to my trip and they immediately jumped into action. Within minutes they had me in contact with a local glass company (Novus Glass of Prescott) and I had an appointment for next day replacement along with calibration.
